How the DataMail process works:

Transmit your files via our HIPAA compliant secure
On Line Passport or via, modem, email or secure FTP.

Using our On Line Passport you will quickly see that your file has been received. You will also be able to verify the number of accounts transmitted, the actual dollar amount billed by your system, and the file size.

We print your data on our stock or custom printed forms using our high speed Heidelberg Digital Laser Printers. You are always assured that your patients will receive patient friendly crisp and clear digitally printed documents which will decrease your phone calls.

Documents are folded and inserted on Bowe Bell and Howell In Line Equipment with scanning devices that drastically reduces the possibilities of different patients' statement being inserted in the the same envelope.

Your documents are electronically presorted, packaged in U.S.P.S. containers, certified by our on site postal employee and picked up daily by the U.S.P.S.

All is accomplished no less than the next business day and Saturday is considered a business day!
